Key Responsibilities

•Manage and/or self-perform a wide range of hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects for private and public-sector clients
•Collaborate with licensed professionals on survey/investigation work, abatement design, and remediation
•Provide technical/regulatory leadership for hazardous building material projects across New England, US, and internationally
•Develop proposals with work scope, budgets, and schedules for survey/design/abatement and other projects
•Oversee field activities to ensure work aligns with contract scope, budget, and regulatory standards

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Technical experience directly related to building hazardous material (asbestos, lead paint, etc.)
•Industrial hygiene, mold, or indoor air quality experience
•Must have 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
•Must have EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification
•Must have New England State specific licenses and certifications pertaining to asbestos (MA, ME, NH, CT) or be eligible to obtain such licenses and certifications
•Valid Driver’s License and must be able to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review
•US Citizenship required
