Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, inventory accounting, and period-end reconciliation.
  • •Drive month-end and year-end close processes with proper documentation and review.
  • •Provide actionable financial insights and monitor key metrics such as revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and working capital.
  • •Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and tax regulations (VAT, WHT, CIT), coordinating audits and filings.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, setting KPIs and fostering continuous process improvement and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •CPA qualification is a strong advantage.
  • •10–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
  • •At least 3 years in a people management role leading and developing accounting or finance teams.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and Thai tax regulations (VAT, WHT, CIT).
