Job Summary

Lead end-to-end accounting for NTT DATA Thailand, owning full-cycle operations from AR/AP to GL and period-end reconciliations. Ensure compliance with Thai statutory and tax requirements (TFRS, VAT, WHT, CIT), coordinate audits, and deliver management insights to support profitability and working-capital discipline. Partner with business units on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, while mentoring and developing the accounting team and driving process improvements through technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, inventory accounting, and period-end reconciliation.
•Drive month-end and year-end close processes with proper documentation and review.
•Provide actionable financial insights and monitor key metrics such as revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and working capital.
•Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and tax regulations (VAT, WHT, CIT), coordinating audits and filings.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, setting KPIs and fostering continuous process improvement and automation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
•CPA qualification is a strong advantage.
•10–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
•At least 3 years in a people management role leading and developing accounting or finance teams.
•In-depth knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and Thai tax regulations (VAT, WHT, CIT).
