Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, neglect, missing parts, mechanical issues, previous repairs, and structural damage.
  • •Complete vehicle inspections promptly and accurately, including imaging and uploading condition results.
  • •Communicate professionally with dealers and consumers and resolve customer inquiries while advising management of complaints or incidents.
  • •Capture and submit completed condition reports using the required technology to adhere to the inspection program.
