Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope, negotiate, and close Professional Services opportunities to accelerate adoption of MongoDB
  • •Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to develop account strategies and plans for adoption, growth, and utilization of MongoDB
  • •Own deals from inception to closure and manage the Professional Services pipeline for bookings and regional revenue forecasts
  • •Articulate the business value of professional services and address delivery challenges, strategies, and risk mitigation
  • •Develop repeatable assets (estimates, proposals, SOWs, templates, tools, case studies) and transition project scope to delivery teams
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •A BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • •A minimum of 5 years experience in the sale of Professional Services and/or technology solutions at an enterprise software company
  • •Experience as an architect, consultant, project manager, or Professional Services manager
  • •Experience internally positioning and selling professional services
  • •Experience carrying a quota for PS bookings
