Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is properly stocked.
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, electrical equipment, and tools for installation.
  • •Assemble racking and solar module/panel/support structures according to the project plan.
  • •Ensure a clean, orderly job site and perform project clean-up for the client site and installation vehicle.
  • •Lead crew through safe, effective, and efficient installations; provide leadership and technical support and assist with solar battery installations when assigned.

Salary: USD 27.6 - 36.8 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous solar installation experience required; equivalent construction or military experience may be considered.
  • •21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a driving background check; maintain a clean driving record.
  • •Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging safe work.
  • •Ability to lead as a team player, meet deadlines/metrics, and use good judgment to troubleshoot and escalate issues when needed.
