Job Summary

Deliver modern voice and collaboration capabilities for enterprise communication and customer engagement platforms, including Microsoft Teams Voice and CCaaS solutions such as Five9. Own the design, configuration, and deployment of unified communications, lead migrations from legacy systems, and maintain telephony documentation and diagrams. Administer and troubleshoot voice infrastructure (QoS, call routing, trunking, PSTN connectivity), automate operations with PowerShell and/or Python, and mentor junior engineers within an Agile team.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a senior technical engineer and subject matter expert for Microsoft Teams Voice, telephony infrastructure, and CCaaS solutions.
•Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise unified communications solutions, including migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft Teams Voice.
•Develop and maintain Visio diagrams, call flow documentation, and detailed telephony specifications.
•Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot telephony hardware, software, and infrastructure (including QoS, call routing, trunking, and PSTN connectivity).
•Automate configuration and operational tasks using PowerShell and/or Python, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
•4+ years of experience in enterprise telephony, VoIP, or unified communications engineering.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice deployment and administration.
•Experience with Five9 or other CCaaS platforms such as NICE, Genesys, or Cisco.
•Proficiency with PowerShell and/or Python scripting and the ability to design, administer, and troubleshoot dial plans, call flows, and vectors.
