Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
  • •Share product features and benefits, including helping customers discover the loyalty program.
  • •Stay alert to new products and iconic brands and communicate their value to customers.
  • •Support the team through cross-training and participation in in-store beauty expert training sessions.
  • •Provide availability across Thursday to Sunday trading times, including late-night and weekend availability.

  • •Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships.
