Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain the core Command and Control software for the Lattice platform, ensuring real-time telemetry, health monitoring, and autopilot tasks are reliable across deployed vehicles.
  • •Bridge hardware and human operators by delivering software for both vehicle runtime and Ground Control Station, enabling mission planning, map visualization, fleet management, and orchestration of autonomous behaviors.
  • •Integrate GenAI agents into systems to allow operators to direct autonomous assets via natural language interfaces.
  • •Collaborate with perception, motion planning, hardware, and test engineering teams to solve complex, real-world problems.
  • •Ship code to physical hardware deployed in the world and participate in field deployment, testing, and iteration.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of production-grade C++ and/or Rust experience in a Linux development environment
  • •BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
  • •Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis
  • •Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases
