Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and proactively assess risks to workers across worksites and develop actionable recommendations to reduce risk
  • •Develop and implement HSE processes, procedures, work instructions, and checklists for consistent facility-wide application
  • •Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • •Monitor and report on HSE objectives and metrics to integrate HSE into management discussions
  • •Coordinate and participate in HSE training initiatives to build a strong safety culture

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • •Proven technical knowledge of Federal and State HSE rules and hands-on implementation of HSE policies and procedures

  • •Ability to legally work in the US without sponsorship
  • •Must be able to pass a background check and participate in a drug/alcohol program due to safety-sensitive designation
