Job Summary

Support the day-to-day operation of core financial and enterprise systems at a fintech-enabled telecom company. You will work at the intersection of finance and technology, maintaining data integrity across SAP ByDesign, SuccessFactors, Analytics Cloud, Tagetik and Zoho, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and streamlined financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and manage daily operations across core financial systems (FX rate processing, expense reports, employee data synchronization with SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
•Create and maintain master data in SAP ByDesign (GL accounts, suppliers) and in Tagetik/Zoho to support consolidation, reporting, and CRM workflows.
•Lead period open/close procedures and month-end activities across systems, aiding financial planning and reporting cycles.
•Act as first point of contact for system issues, coordinating with SAP partners and internal stakeholders to track and resolve tickets.
•Support system environments including SAP ByDesign, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tagetik, and Zoho to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
•2–3 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or in a similar role; experience in Fintech is a plus
•Hands-on SAP experience and solid accounting knowledge; SAP certification is considered an advantage
•Familiarity with SAP ByDesign or other SAP Cloud systems, SAP Analytics Cloud, CCH Tagetik, project management tools (e.g. Wrike), and financial planning & budgeting tools is a plus
•Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tagetik, Zoho CRM/Expenses administration is a plus
