Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the digital asset fund’s portfolio construction, investment decision-making, and risk management framework.
  • •Develop and manage LP communications, including quarterly letters, capital call documentation, NAV reporting, and institutional LP meetings.
  • •Develop Bitcoin-collateralized yield strategies across lending, on-chain DeFi, and structured product categories.
  • •Manage the fund’s risk framework including position limits, counterparty exposure, liquidity management, and drawdown protocols.
  • •Hire and manage the Portfolio Manager team, ensure ADGM compliance, and brief the board on performance and market outlook.
