Client Relationship Consultant 2 to 4 (Banker) NW Metro, MN (40 hours)

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail banking customers through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer needs, process information and transactions, and educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service tools. Open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while delivering a consistent, optimal client experience through operational accuracy and collaboration with branch teams.
