Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow, maintain, and support existing customers with assigned COS to drive unit growth.
  • •Build relationships with key personnel at Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
  • •Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the protocol prescribed by the oncologist.
  • •Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff focusing on customer support, logistics, and problem solving.
  • •Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize field effectiveness and educate clinicians on tools for test order management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background.
  • •Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to present to internal and external customers.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail; ability to quickly learn software and reporting systems.
