Job Summary

Lead and optimize Puma Indonesia’s central retail operations by coordinating policy implementation, process improvements, and cross-functional projects. Drive efficiency through audits, reporting, and training; act as liaison between Head Office and stores; manage multi-project initiatives with IT, VM, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and Store Operations teams to uplift store performance.

•Support the implementation and optimization of retail operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
•Monitor compliance and execution of operational standards across retail stores.
•Conduct regular reviews of existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
•Assist in developing operational tools, templates, and controls to standardize store operations.
•Support operational audits, store renovation, and follow up on corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or related field.
•4–7 years of experience in Retail Operations, Business Operations, Store Operations, or related field; multi-store experience preferred.
•Experience in project coordination, process improvement, and operational support.
•Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Power BI capability; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
•Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
