Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver CMS-focused consulting engagements across CARCAM, supporting financial institutions and partners in scaling B2B payments and commercial flows.
  • •Drive VCA CMS strategy in the region by identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities (e.g., virtual cards, cross-border payments, SME digitization, AP/AR automation).
  • •Partner with issuers, fintechs, corporates, and ecosystem players to design and implement solutions that improve commercial money movement and reduce payment process friction.
  • •Translate client needs into actionable strategies and execution roadmaps aligned with Visa’s Commercial Solutions priorities.
  • •Identify, structure, and close consulting opportunities while managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring follow-through on recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 8–10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 6+ years with a PhD).
  • •Ideally experience in a quantitative field such as engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, or finance.
  • •5+ years of experience in the payments industry, preferably managing cards portfolios or relevant consulting experience.
  • •Demonstrated strategy/management consulting experience with proven project deliveries and consulting methodologies.
  • •Strong project and sales management skills, including managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously; fluent English and Spanish.
