Retail Supervisor - Part Time (San Marcos)

Lead day-to-day store operations by delivering high-standard customer experience aligned with brand values and service standards. Drive the store to meet or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals through planning, expense control, and sales/service execution. Oversee payroll control, manage incoming and outgoing merchandise, and communicate merchandise opportunities. Maintain a safe, compliant store environment and work non-traditional hours as needed.
