Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out fuels operations including handling and management of ground fuels, aviation fuels, and cryogenic systems.
  • •Receive, store, and issue fuel from pipelines and tank trucks.
  • •Operate fuel dispensing systems and fuel/cryogenic storage facilities and perform laboratory testing of fuel samples.
  • •Determine fuel requirements by analysing current and projected needs to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • •Follow operational procedures and facility layouts to support mission changes and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in fuels operations within a military or defence-related environment.
  • •Strong understanding of fuels logistics, cryogenics, environmental compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • •Ability to solve operational problems, manage competing priorities, and work calmly under pressure.
  • •Category C driving licence (ADR desirable).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to produce accurate written and verbal communication.
