Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Project Management team across budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for individual commercial real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, purchase orders, invoicing, vendor management, and reporting.
  • •Implement project documentation governance, ensuring project data integrity and accurate, timely documentation coordinated to company and client requirements.
  • •Track project progress against goals, approved budgets, and timelines; report status and variances and craft action plans to meet objectives.
  • •Lead smaller projects as assigned and, when applicable, lead third-party delivery resources by tracking performance and motivating team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of experience and education; 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Previous AEC experience preferred, including construction project management, owner’s rep, or project management for commercial projects.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to read architectural drawings and understand leases, contracts, and construction practices.
