Own the SMB Education & Enablement strategy to drive GMV growth for TikTok Shop sellers, combining internal BPO enablement with external seller education. Key Responsibilities

•Own the Education & Enablement strategy by combining internal enablement for BPO teams with external seller education to improve operational capacity and merchant growth outcomes.
•Design and optimize the end-to-end BPO enablement journey, including capability mapping, training curriculum, exams, SOPs, QA frameworks, and productized tools to improve agent productivity and issue resolution quality across vendors.
•Lead seller education strategy for PGC, optimizing seller outreach and driving social media account operations and community expansion/management to increase coverage, engagement, and learning effectiveness.
•Collaborate with Product, Ops, Marketing, GR/Comms, and ecosystem partners to align initiatives with platform priorities and measure impact using defined metrics (e.g., NPS, execution quality, merchant growth).
•Manage and mentor the Education & Enablement team by setting goals and development plans and fostering continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-driven iteration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years’ experience in internet/e-commerce/operations or enablement/education, including working with BPO or frontline execution teams.
•Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end enablement journeys (capability mapping → training → exams/certification → QA/SOP) and initiate tools that improve productivity and execution quality.
•Strong data literacy: define KPIs, analyze performance metrics (e.g., NPS, efficiency, merchant outcomes), and refine programs using insights; proficiency in Excel/Sheets required.
•Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration to co-design and implement enablement and education initiatives with Product, Ops, Marketing, GR/Comms, and partners.
•Preferred: 2+ years of people management experience.
