Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients in person and over the phone to support their financial wellness.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations based on client needs.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open and service a range of consumer and business products (including checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs).
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience) is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Ability to use sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PC tools (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
