Sales & Service Lead - Penn Square Mall

Lead a guest-first sales floor that delivers engagement targets through strong customer connection and technical product education. Support team members with feedback and coaching, manage daily client relationships, and analyze reports to drive results via action plans. Partner with Operations and Visual Leads on reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendors, technology, and facilities. Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, recruiting and developing talent while inspiring high performance.
