Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead point of contact for key defense accounts, establishing enduring relationships with military leadership, program offices, and operational end-users.
  • •Manage day-to-day client communications, operational requests, and urgent support needs, coordinating internal teams for rapid issue resolution.
  • •Drive adoption and integration of Launched Effects, including account expansion, upselling, and follow-on contract pursuits through account plans and proposals.
  • •Coordinate scheduling and logistics for demonstrations, training sessions, and field support; monitor operational status and usage data and manage orders for upgrades and support items.
  • •Forecast and track account metrics, provide operational status reports, manage contract renewals/negotiations, and ensure compliance with contractual and security requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science), Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, sales, or business development within the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sector.
  • •Demonstrated experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous platforms, AI/ML applications, or Launched Effects technologies (highly desirable).
  • •Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain one, is required.
