Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and industrialize manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors, pyrotechnics, and energetic products, translating designs into work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
  • •Design fixtures, tooling, and material-handling devices (including CAD models and engineering drawings) and support integration with suppliers and systems integrators.
  • •Support energetics manufacturing activities such as material preparation, mixing, casting/dispensing, curing, machining, assembly, inspection, testing, and material handling.
  • •Build factory and line layouts, create process flows and cycle-time studies, and support DFMA reviews with product engineering.
  • •Lead commissioning and production launch activities (FAT/SAT, checklists, acceptance criteria), execute trials, and troubleshoot issues on the production floor to improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Strong fundamentals of mechanical engineering and manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience using CAD to design mechanical components, fixtures, or assemblies.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
  • •Hands-on experience building, testing, troubleshooting, or modifying mechanical or electromechanical systems.
Education:Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline
