Job Summary

Own monthly management reporting and performance monitoring, leading preparation of timely commercial and management reports and driving variance analysis and improvement suggestions. Manage planning and forecasting activities, including budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning, while partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial plans to execution. Ensure financial integrity through internal controls, reconciliation of trade spend accruals, and support new product launch financial review.

•Maintain financial integrity by complying with company policies, SOP, and internal controls; review and approve launch financials.
•Ensure integrity of trade spend accruals through review, reconciliation, and analysis, and support sales and marketing with budget and spend analysis.
