Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage planning, processes, and systems to align operations with production while optimizing cost and process improvements.
  • •Own workshop metrics, measures, and targets.
  • •Ensure production schedules and the job planning process.
  • •Direct repair, testing, and assembly, overseeing assembly, maintenance, and overhaul activities.
  • •Own HSE and quality for the assigned workshop area, keep facilities safe/clean/organized per 6S, optimize workflow and shop layout, and ensure inventory escalation through Materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/related fields or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oilfield industry in a similar capacity.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of Assembly, Repair and Maintenance techniques.
  • •Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team.
  • •Ability to ensure safe, reliable equipment delivery without harm to people or the environment.
