Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend weekly Marketing and Publicity team Works In Progress (WIPs).
  • •Review daily Social Diary EDM for new database contacts, product launches, publicity opportunities, and updated contacts; report key headlines weekly.
  • •Create publicity post-screening event reports and compile review links, screening reactions, and pull quotes for opening day review reports.
  • •Continually update the Publicity Database (media, influencers, reviewers) and manage Central Diary booking.
  • •Provide general administrative and event support at screenings and premiere events, including invitations, guest lists, and reviewer sign-ins; assist with grassroots promotion pitching and research.

  • •Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • •Excellent attention to detail.
  • •Well organized with strong prioritization skills.
  • •Ability to take initiative and work independently.
