Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•End-to-End Partnership Management. Take full ownership of the partner lifecycle post-onboarding - driving partner experience, retention, and the overall success of every collaboration.
•Cross-Functional Orchestration. Act as the connective tissue between the partner and internal teams. Work closely with BU Heads across Care, Product, and Operations to align workflows with the SLAs and health outcomes promised to the partner.
•Operational Excellence (SOPs & SLAs). Define, implement, and continuously monitor the Standard Operating Procedures required to deliver on partnership goals. Ensure internal delivery consistently meets the Service Level Agreements committed during the sales process.
•Communication & Reporting. Lead all partner communications. Build and share comprehensive scoreboards and performance dashboards that provide transparency on business metrics, health outcomes, and project milestones.
•Revenue & Commitment Delivery. Ensure all contractual obligations are met to trigger timely payments. Proactively identify and unblock hurdles that prevent us from delivering on our value proposition.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related discipline (required)
•5–8 years total experience with at least 3 years in partnership management, customer success, strategy & operations, or top-tier management consulting
•Demonstrated ownership of high-value B2B relationships with retention, renewals, or revenue delivery
•Healthcare, digital health, or B2B SaaS exposure is a strong plus
•Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, and customer-facing teams
