Job Summary

Lead Netflix Ads campaign execution as a strategic partner to Client Partner(s), owning the workflow from RFP response through media planning, launch, delivery monitoring, and post-campaign wrap reporting. Serve as a subject-matter expert for key verticals, collaborate with Ads Operations to ensure flawless order implementation, handle escalations, and drive optimization and upsell tactics. Also support enablement by building training materials and onboarding new account management hires.

•Partner with top and strategic accounts to understand needs and present Netflix Ads solutions.
•Lead strategic media planning and contribute to RFP responses on campaign packaging, pricing, and targeting.
•Host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings and run campaign kick-off meetings to align on launches and launch assets.
•Oversee ad campaign delivery performance, partnering with clients and Ads Operations for technical troubleshooting and optimization/upsell tactics.
•Serve as an SME for the supported vertical/agency hold co., maintain training materials, and train new AMs while supporting billing and invoicing processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 210,000 annually

•5+ years of experience in account management and/or sales planning in the digital media industry, focused on video advertising.
•Excellent client service and relationship management skills that build trust and loyalty with clients.
•Experience managing deals across multiple deal types (including DIO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP, and Live), with programmatic experience required.
•Data fluency to translate insights into data-driven storytelling for smarter client investment decisions.
•Proven project management skills to multitask and manage requests from multiple stakeholders.
