  • •Facilitate Agile delivery for multidisciplinary software, data, analytics, and AI/ML teams.
  • •Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • •Identify and remove delivery impediments, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Coordinate cross-team technical dependencies, priorities, deliverables, and commitments.
  • •Track and communicate delivery metrics, sprint progress, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies; facilitate collaboration and document decisions and technical dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile delivery for multidisciplinary software, data, analytics, or AI/ML teams.
  • •Experience leading sprint planning, daily coordination, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • •Experience identifying and removing impediments, blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
  • •Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement practices.
  • •U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility; Active Top Secret is highly preferred.
