Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers immediately and work with walk-in and telephone customers to identify and supply parts and accessories.
  • •Point out sales, specials, and new merchandise, and recommend related parts required for jobs.
  • •Accept cash and credit card payments and keep the cash register accurate.
  • •Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory and keep merchandise displays stocked, clean, and appealing.
  • •Interface with service technicians and update the inventory control system and parts catalogue while maintaining a clean, orderly P&A department.

Key Requirements

  • •Outstanding customer service skills.
  • •Knowledge of motorsport vehicles and parts, including motorcycle, ATV/UTV.
  • •Valid driver's license.
  • •Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
  • •Ability to become familiar and efficient with the computer system required for P&A management.
