Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide TF sustaining support for deployed fixtures to ensure minimal downtime and customer impact.
  • •Coordinate and perform test fixture PM and calibration activities; follow up on OOT issues as required.
  • •Lead test fixture equipment maintenance programs, drive new test fixture designs, and manage deployment issues to closure with engineering change requests.
  • •Track and report performance metrics; initiate CIP opportunities based on historical data and run test mapping/gap analysis exercises.
  • •Drive applicable manufacturing engineering ePLC deliverables, develop SOWs, coordinate stakeholder alignment on test specs, and lead DFx efforts and PFMEA when working with NPD.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 159,500 annually
