  • •Ensure timely and accurate eligibility decisions by implementing communication plans and supporting eligibility specialists.
  • •Deliver cost-effective, customer-focused workers’ compensation claims management and drive team/business improvement initiatives.
  • •Complete assigned projects and deliverables within standards and timeframes aligned to organizational goals.

  • •Significant experience in workers’ compensation claims, disputes, or eligibility-related legal/technical specialist roles.
