Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE for each day’s patient visits and access your schedule using modern technology.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes and build warm, welcoming connections while collecting relevant information and performing services.
  • •Provide patient-centric, low-acuity diagnostic care including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
  • •Label samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility when samples are collected.
  • •Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment with reliable, autonomous execution of tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture/specimen collection.
  • •Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Ability to work independently (and/or in a team environment) with minimal supervision and handle last-minute problem solving.
  • •State-required licensure/proof of training, valid Driver’s License, and pass national background/DMV checks.
