Key Responsibilities

•Architect and implement rigorous validation strategies using Python automation and CAD/shop-tool-driven test fixtures.
•Oversee experimental execution across internal facilities and external laboratories, managing vibration tables, environmental chambers, DAQ systems, and ingress protection testing.
•Translate high-level reliability requirements into granular performance metrics across mechanical, electrical, and software sub-stacks while leading FMEA and FTA sessions.
•Drive forensic investigations into hardware failures using FRACAS to eliminate potential field issues during development.
•Partner with cross-functional autonomy and engineering teams to validate sensor performance, software reliability, and HIL simulation environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,400 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in reliability validation or hardware testing for robotics, unmanned platforms, or automated vehicle systems.
•Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering.
•Hands-on proficiency with environmental chambers, vibration tables, and DAQ systems, plus CAD and shop tools.
•Ability to use Python scripts to automate test procedures and understand the interaction between autonomy software and physical hardware.
•Strong communication and analytical skills with a track record of implementing rigorous structure in complex testing environments.
