Job Summary

Lead technology infrastructure integration for construction planning and development capital projects as the primary interface between Technology & Digital Experience (TDE) and delivery teams. Own coordination across design review, construction support, implementation readiness, testing/commissioning support, and turnover documentation. Identify technology risks, infrastructure conflicts, constructability concerns, and operational impacts throughout planning through turnover, while maintaining technology issue logs and driving resolution with TDE SMEs and design consultants.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary client interface between TDE and project delivery teams throughout planning, design, construction, testing, and turnover.
•Coordinate technology integration by identifying technology scope, dependencies, infrastructure requirements, operational impacts, and long-lead components that affect schedules.
•Review and coordinate technology-related design documents (architectural, electrical, telecommunications, low-voltage) and manage design comments/actions through resolution.
•Support construction delivery by reviewing RFIs/submittals/field changes, participating in field coordination and testing activities, and coordinating technology cutovers and commissioning/implementation sequencing.
•Maintain technology issue logs, escalate unresolved issues impacting milestones, and coordinate operational readiness and turnover documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
•7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure, systems integration, construction support, project delivery, or related fields.
•Experience supporting design and construction projects involving technology infrastructure.
•Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technology design documents.
•Familiarity with technology infrastructure systems and design tools; PMP, BICSI, ITIL, CCNA, or CCNP are preferred.
