Job Summary

Drive customer outcomes as part of the Customer Experience (CX) team by providing Day-2 support and technical guidance for Cisco enterprise network solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver adoption and renewals, troubleshoot proactively, and lead strategy and optimization aligned with customer goals. Develop and deliver technical content, create customer-facing documentation, and leverage AI/automation to improve delivery efficiency. Train and mentor engineers and represent Cisco through industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with customers to create value and deliver outcomes, driving adoption and renewals through cross-functional collaboration.
•Provide Day-2 support for Cisco products and solutions using technical expertise, AI, and automation to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.
•Serve as a focal point for proactive problem resolution and timely support across Cisco technologies.
•Lead strategy and optimization of Cisco services and solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
•Develop and deliver technical content, customer-facing documentation, and knowledge-sharing assets; train and mentor other engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
•5+ years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
•Hands-on networking fundamentals with routing/switching protocols including OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS, STP/RSTP, VLAN, LACP, and VXLAN-EVPN.
•Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching platforms such as ISR 1800/1900/2900/3900/4000, ASR 1000, Catalyst 9k, Nexus 9k/7k, and others listed.
•Good experience with one SDN technology: Cisco SDWAN, SDA, or ACI.
