Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support to multiple senior leaders within PSTS and EIP.
  • •Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and other day-to-day administrative activities.
  • •Coordinate executive and leadership candidate interviews and support a seamless candidate experience.
  • •Plan and support department meetings, off-sites, team events, and other business activities.
  • •Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative transactions while maintaining accurate records and tracking.

Salary: USD 66,000 - 83,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
  • •Experience managing complex calendars, meetings, and executive scheduling.
