LN Venues, Director of Operations - Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas

Lead day-to-day operations for Brooklyn Bowl, working directly under the General Manager and supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Oversee restaurant, bar, venue, and bowling operations; manage budgets and P&L; coordinate special events; and implement standard operating and emergency procedures. Partner with venue managers, HR, and administrators while supporting sales and marketing efforts to drive audience development, PR, and fundraising.
