Job Summary

Assist in defining application and project scope/objectives through research, fact-finding, and business and industry requirement analysis under minimal supervision. You’ll research and document business requirements using data-driven insights, act as a liaison between business and technical teams, and help resolve system and process problems. Work to identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks while improving operational procedures with an emphasis on automation and efficiency.

•Research and document business requirements to support business strategy using data-driven insights, process analysis, and proactive risk management.

•Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks in accordance with the bank’s risk appetite and defined policies and procedures.
•Review operational procedures and recommend improvements, including automation and efficiency, and provide users with application documentation and training materials.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Banking, Systems, or Risk Management.
•Knowledge of risk management processes is preferred.
•Excellent analytical skills.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
