Own and grow relationships with HSBC’s Top Tier Premier clients in the Damansara Heights branch, acquiring, developing, and retaining a high-value client portfolio. Key Responsibilities

•Manage relationships with HSBC’s highest value Top Tier Premier clients and deliver to exceed client expectations.
•Acquire, develop, and retain relationships for a portfolio of Top Tier Premier clients.
•Understand clients’ financial goals and provide financial advice using deep understanding of each client’s situation and market knowledge.
•Review the Top Tier portfolio to identify opportunities across HSBC lines of business and geography.
•Ensure compliance with local and global compliance requirements and drive portfolio performance within HSBC’s Wealth and Personal Banking TBM.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 8 years of progressive financial services experience and at least 3 years as a Relationship Manager.
•Proven sales results in wealth products and experience managing high net worth client portfolios.
•Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products, including macroeconomics/microeconomics and local market developments.
•Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks for wealth management; ability to communicate well in English and local languages.
