Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform paying/receiving teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, cashier’s checks, savings bond redemptions, and approved cash advances.
  • •Process loan payments, credit card payments, utility payments, and transfers between accounts as required.
  • •Maintain daily settlement and proof of cash transactions, balance cash drawer, and prepare/review reports (e.g., CTRs, Bank Secrecy Reports).
  • •Process night deposits, mail deposits, ATM deposits, courier deposits, and manage approved cash levels including selling excess or mutilated cash.
  • •Support branch operations by balancing/servicing ATM/coin/currency machines, verifying and wrapping currency/coin for vault control, and providing safe deposit box service.
