Job Summary

Lead the strategic design, execution, and continuous improvement of technical learning programs that support product execution priorities. Manage engineering learning plans and courses across disciplines such as electrical, embedded software, CAD/CAE, systems engineering, and project management. Oversee a team and contract resources, drive adoption of the Docebo LMS, run governance and stakeholder alignment, and measure effectiveness using KPIs to improve skills acquisition and productivity.

•Manage development and delivery of engineering learning plans and technical courses across electrical, embedded software, CAD/CAE, design quality, systems engineering, and project management.
•Oversee direct reports and contract resources; provide coaching, direction, and performance management.
•Lead implementation and optimization of the Docebo Learning Management System and transition toward a skills management framework.
•Define and track KPIs for training effectiveness, analyze results, and recommend improvements via governance and measurement practices.

•Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, including global team collaboration.
