  • •Manage development and delivery of engineering learning plans and technical courses across electrical, embedded software, CAD/CAE, design quality, systems engineering, and project management.
  • •Oversee direct reports and contract resources; provide coaching, direction, and performance management.
  • •Lead implementation and optimization of the Docebo Learning Management System and transition toward a skills management framework.
  • •Define and track KPIs for training effectiveness, analyze results, and recommend improvements via governance and measurement practices.
