Own the UCAN Ads enablement curriculum and partner with the regional GTM team to plan, coordinate, and deliver learning programs aligned to regional sales priorities. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the regional GTM team to plan, coordinate, and execute learning programs aligned with regional sales priorities and develop/own the UCAN Ads enablement curriculum.
•Facilitate enablement workshops and sessions and translate relevant content for regional use for internal sales and external partners.
•Develop communication plans that drive regional relevance for global initiatives and regional GTM initiatives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., PMM, MP&O, Measurement, Commercial Readiness) to create a world-class learning experience for regional sellers.
•Report on success metrics and draw insights from the data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 315,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of experience in ad sales and/or leading global sales strategy in roles such as Global Sales and Operations Lead or Curriculum Designer.
•Experience selling or developing programmatic and/or CTV capabilities for commercial sales teams.
•Excellent project and stakeholder management, plus strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Proven experience facilitating training or related activities.
•Experience working with LMS platforms such as Intellum or Articulate. CRM or Order Management Systems is a plus.
