Institutional Services Associate I - Client Training and Onboarding

Collaborate with the onboarding team to serve as the primary point of contact for new and prospective clients. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and tickets, and coordinate onboarding steps including applications, approvals, asset deposits, incoming transfers, and reporting. Deliver individualized, platform-related training sessions using Microsoft Teams, while ensuring a friendly, professional client experience and supporting smooth coordination across departments.
