Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Member Engagement & Support: Facilitate groups, arts and crafts, and recreational activities to enhance the member experience.
•Clinic & Operational Support: Welcome members, manage communications via phone and email, and assist with scheduling and member record updates.
•Team Collaboration: Work with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and primary care providers to share observations and support coordinated member care.
•Member Advocacy & Resource Connection: Identify ongoing needs and connect members with community resources that promote wellness.
•Growth & Development: Contribute to projects that support clinic growth and member success; participate in training to build mental health support skills.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Enrolled or recently graduated in a degree program related to mental health (e.g., pre-med, psychology, social work, or nursing)
•Interest in mental health and desire to work with members with Severe Mental Illness
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
•Detail-oriented and organized
•Comfortable working either one-on-one or in group settings, with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
