Key Responsibilities

  • •Run client and other required meetings, presenting updates to the client at all project stages.
  • •Lead stakeholder management with local clients and report to the global team.
  • •Manage risks and maintain the risk register, conduct risk workshops as needed.
  • •Identify factors influencing construction costs and monitor/report on this data.
  • •Oversee field quality control for civil works and ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project manager, with sector experience in corporate occupier, retail, and real estate
  • •Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status; PMI or equivalent certification is a plus
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish at working level to lead meetings, prepare reports and communicate with clients and suppliers
  • •Experience in commissioning; knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6; Microsoft Office tools
