Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick cases safely, efficiently, and accurately using a handheld scanner with the warehouse management system.
  • •Move product through the warehouse safely and efficiently.
  • •Pick and place pallets accurately within Tyson guidelines to avoid dumps or askew pallets, and remove plastic wrap on occasion.
  • •Communicate effectively and timely to leadership when encountering difficulties or discrepancies.
  • •Follow safety and policy procedures, complete annual Food Defense Training, and clean as you go throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.4 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •At least six (6) months of continuous work history with a single employer in the last 3 years, with no gaps greater than six (6) months within the last 3 years.
  • •Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, and carry 70 lbs or more up to 120 lbs, with full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, digits, and legs.
  • •Must be able to stand for extended periods with balance and may work with corrective lenses if needed.
  • •Must pass post-offer health assessment and drug screening; cold storage experience is preferred.
  • •Proficiency in reading and writing, and ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and communicate effectively across management levels.
