Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical field domain expert for Water facilities systems, providing consultation and support to site facilities and manufacturing teams.
  • •Develop, review, and maintain global standards, specifications, and best known methods to ensure engineering excellence across Micron’s network.
  • •Support design and construction for large-scale facilities infrastructure expansion projects, including package reviews and estimates for approvals.
  • •Lead global facilities program objectives, roadmaps, and implementation plans, including sustainability initiatives aligned to corporate goals.
  • •Apply AI-enabled tools and data-driven practices to improve facilities performance, reliability, and decision-making for chem systems, while following AI governance and data security policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
  • •7 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor and/or facilities-related industry.
  • •Technical proficiency with facilities and semiconductor UPW/WWT systems, including UPW, reclaim water, WWT, waste chemical, and UPW/WWT distribution systems.
  • •Ability to prioritize and schedule workload across multiple tasks concurrently.
  • •English proficiency and excellent communication and teamwork skills; international travel 25–40% on average (up to 50–66% during critical project phases).
