Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain complex Workato recipes, integrations, custom connectors, and automation workflows.
  • •Develop integrations across enterprise applications including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Snowflake, and other SaaS platforms.
  • •Build reusable integration components, APIs, and services using Python, including data processing and API orchestration.
  • •Design end-to-end integration and automation architecture, including system interactions and data flows using event-driven patterns.
  • •Implement AI/GenAI-powered automations and agentic workflows using LLMs, MCP, and RAG architectures, including error handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of hands-on Workato experience including Workato recipes and integrations (custom connectors, API platform/API recipes, webhooks, callable recipes).
  • •Strong programming experience with Python, including building reusable integration components, APIs, and services.
  • •Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, API authentication, and event-driven architecture for enterprise integrations.
  • •Experience designing enterprise integration architecture and system-to-system data flows, integrating multiple SaaS and enterprise applications.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI and LLM-powered automation, including prompt engineering, AI agents/agentic workflows, MCP, RAG, and vector databases/embeddings.
