Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using RCA, identifying error patterns and translating findings into actionable feedback for guidelines and operations teams.
  • •Provide expert judgment on complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases, including validating benchmark data (“golden sets”).
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve global quality goals.
  • •Prepare weekly/monthly QA reporting using QA dashboards and RCA/calibration tools, leveraging AI to improve performance; support training rollouts for policy updates.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year conducting analytical audits and tracking quality/performance targets in a trust and safety, compliance, or high-volume operations environment.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify recurring error patterns and recommend process optimizations.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management to lead calibration sessions and partner across teams to align on global quality goals.
  • •Fluency in Indonesian and English for interacting with local content/stakeholders and working in the primary working language.
